GOLDEN RULES
1. Please take extreme care with hot drinks and do not put drinks/food items on the floor. Please drinks hot drinks in the seating area outside of the main hall or the chairs around the sides
2. Please do not leave changebags or handbags etc on the floor or accesible on buggies
3. Broken toys should be removed and bought to the attention of any member of the Committee. Please also let a Committee member know if there are any spillages or damge to furniture etc
4. Children's drinks and snacks - all children eating/drinking should be seated as the tables provided, and must be properly supervised. Please serve and clear up after your children. This is to prevent accidents and stop children eating things they are not allowed to have (especially important with children with allergies)
5. Please help to clear away at the end of a session
6. Please welcome new members warmly
7. Please remember that you are responsible for the children in your care at all times. The Committee cannot be held responsible for any accidents. An accident book is available, please see a member of the Committee. See at Committee member if you require access to the first aid box
8. Only children accompanied by their childminder are permitted at the messy play/arts and craft/playdough activity table. Unsupervised children will be asked to leave until their childminder is able to supervise them
9. Please read 'frie Drill' notice on the display board and follow the instructions in the event of a fire
10. Please can we all be extra vigilant to ensure all children remain safe whilst attending the group. This is especially important when coming and going from the hall and Children’s Centre, and also at tidy up times.
11. Please can we all make sure that we do not let any children out of the hall or centre without their appropriate adult. It can be especially busy at these times and all too easy for a child to slip past one of us unnoticed!
