Tuesday 15th June - 'Magic Minders drop-in' at Maybridge Children's Center
Wednesday 16th June - Join us for a teddy bears picnic at Highdown Gardens (10am onwards) We will have stickers, balloons and at 11am will have a little sing-along with our teddies! If you have joined us there before you know where we will be, but if you are concerned about finding us, please feel free to call Nicky on her mobile when you get there!! (07989 192501)
Thursday 17th June - Join us at 'Little Teds' drop-in at Broadwater Children's Center, where we will be giving out stickers, balloons and making instruments too.
Broadwater Carnival
Saturday 17th July 2010
After the success of last year, we have decided to join in the Broadwater carnival once again. We are holding a stall on the green and joining in the 'caribbean carnival' parade. We feel events like this are a fantastic opportunity to advertise childminders and the good work we do. On the stall we hand out many Magic Minder leaflets, we are on hand to chat to parents and new this year we have 'i love childminders' stickers to hand out!! It really is worth all the hard work- and we do have fun!
We need you! - Each year Sue Williams helps us to look fantastic in the parade -and so we would love you to join us and encourage your minded children to join in too. The theme this year is 'caribbean carnival', and we are hoping to have many brightly dressed butterfly's, flowers, birds etc. Please find attached a leaflet to print and give to your parents. If you would like to join us, the committe will be willing to help with costumes, please get in touch.
We need volunteers for the stall that day- if you think you can spare an hour or two please let us know.
We are also looking for second hand books to sell.
